Advancing/Audition Acting Workshop by Sean Higgs

These workshops are designed, for the actor/actress who is not advancing in their career choice as fast as they would like, to participate in a learning experience. The workshop is designed to enhance your audition techniques and further your understanding of your acting ability. The workshop analyses your acting potential and brings out the best in you through participation, analysation of the character you portray and industry tips. 

 

Sean Higgs is the real thing. He has an acting showreel showcasing his work with international stars like Tim Curry, Julian Sands and Danny Trejo. He has acted in scenes with William H Macy, Meg Ryan and Patrick Swayze to name but a few.

Sean has worked with professional actors in the casting studio for 20 years, behind the camera, next to the camera as a reader and watching the monitor as director of performance… These auditions have resulted in many actors being booked on jobs that were pencilled for other actors but won over by the right performances.

 

Sean has produced, directed, AD’d, pulled focus, clapper loaded and been a runner on a multitude of productions from 35mm international features to Hd videos for Television and even stage. So where else are you going to find someone with this depth of experience if you don’t go for the real thing.

 

Sean offers workshops for groups limited to 10 people @ £40.00 per head.

 

This is a full day of filming discussing and filming again, its amazing what you can learn when you do. Sean also offers one on one coaching for auditions… filmed audition practise with advice on how to improve the scene and make it watchable.
